One depends on freshwater and one depends on seawater

Sea pomfret has a short and tall body, extremely laterally compressed and slightly diamond-shaped. The head is smaller, the muzzle is rounded, the mouth is small, and the teeth are fine. Ventral fins disappear in adult fish. The caudal fin is quite y forked and the lower lobe is longer. The body is silvery white, slightly greenish gray in the upper part. To crustaceans and other animals for food, is a tropical and subtropical food and ornamental both large fish.
