The practice of tofu chicken soup:
Ingredients: Tujia chicken, tofu, refined salt and onion foam.
Steps:
1, wash chicken feathers and internal organs, cut into large pieces, and cut tofu into cubes for later use;
2. Blanch the cut chicken with boiling water, rinse it with clear water and drain it for later use;
