1 cup mixed beans, 1 packet Dutch beans (can be left out), 450g pork, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt, water and oil in moderation, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, a pinch of ground pepper, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.
Method
(1) Blanch mixed beans in hot water with ginger and drain. (2) Marinate pork in basic seasoning (soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt, water and oil) and 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
(3) Heat oil in a wok over high heat, sauté garlic, and stir-fry pork until cooked to 7. Add onion, beans, and water. Add onion, Dutch beans, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce,
? A little pepper and saute until soft;
(4) Add mixed beans and saute well, add water to cover 1/2 the height of the ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon oyster sauce,
?4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and stir-fry well.
