Steps
1. Prepare the shark's fin, veggie chicken, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, green and red bell peppers, sugar, dried red bell peppers, ginger, onion and star anise.
2. Cut the vegetarian chicken into thick slices.
3. Fry both sides in a frying pan and set aside.
