1.Prepare the ingredients
2.Put the sugar and egg yolks together and beat with a whisk until it becomes milky white.
3. Pour the milk into a saucepan and boil it until it comes to a light boil
4. Spoon the boiled milk slowly into the beaten egg mixture, stirring as you pour. (Be careful not to pour all the milk into the egg mixture at once, as the eggs will be scalded by the milk and clumped)
5. Pour the stirred custard back into the pot, bring to a light boil, turn off the heat, and pour it into a container to cool down
6. Put the cooled custard into the refrigerator and freeze it. It will be ready to eat in a few hours
