Shuffles, also translated as soufflé, soufflé. It is a cooking method originated from France. In this special cooking method, the main ingredients include egg yolks and different ingredients mixed with beaten egg whites, which are baked to a light and fluffy texture.

The word soufflé comes from the past participle of the French verb souffler, which means "to inflate" or simply "to puff up".

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks

2. Mix the flour and cream together to make a dough

3. Bring the milk to a gentle boil, then add the dough, stir well, remove from the heat, and add the yolks

4. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until soft peaks form, and then add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites to the batter, stirring quickly to combine. After mixing well, pour all the batter into the remaining egg whites.

5. Grease the model with butter, dip it in granulated sugar, pour off the excess sugar, then pour in the batter, and use your thumbs to make grooves on the sides of the model in a rotating pattern, so that it will stand up naturally in the center when it is baked

6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and bake for about 15 minutes.
