How to make siwutang
Composition:
6 grams of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 5 grams of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 6 grams of Radix Paeoniae Alba and 4 grams of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
The practice of siwutang:
1. Wash Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Chuanxiong with clear water;
2. Add 300 ml of purified water into the casserole, add Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, boil and simmer for 40 minutes;
3. Boil it and pour it into a bowl.
