Wash one piece of pork and cut off the skin

Cut the cleaned pork into small pieces

Cut the meat on bamboo skewers

Pour in the right amount of milk and soak, the amount of milk is best to be able to not over the skewers, in order to make the skewers soaked in milk and flavorful.
Soak the skewers in milk for 30 minutes or more

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and cumin into a sauce

Brush the skewers back and forth a few times with the sauce from step 5
7.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and place the skewers in a baking dish lined with tinfoil.
