Ingredients: chicken thigh meat (has been cleaned and cut into cubes), carrots (has been cleaned and peeled), cucumber (has been cleaned), cooked peanuts, Pixian bean paste.
Put the carrot and cucumber on the board and cut into dices respectively. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Add 1 ? tbsp of balsamic vinegar.
Add 1 tbsp sugar. Add 1 tbsp dry starch. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to the chicken thigh meat. Heat the oil in a wok, add the marinated chicken thighs and stir-fry.
Combine with the chopped cucumber and cooked peanuts and stir-fry well.
