How much nutrition does the human body need every day to be considered nutritious?
1. The human body needs seven kinds of nutrients every day: protein, fat, carbohydrate, minerals, vitamins, water and dietary fiber. 2. Seven kinds of nutrients exist in the following five categories of food. The Ministry of Health of China issued "Dietary Guidelines for China Residents (2007)" on October 5, 2008. The Guidelines launched the "Balanced Dietary Pagoda for China Residents", which reasonably matched five categories of food to form a balanced dietary pattern that met the nutritional needs of China residents. China residents' balanced diet pagoda (intake per person per day) has 25-30g of oil and 6g of salt on the 5th floor (spire); 300 grams of milk and dairy products, 30-50 grams of soybeans and nuts on the fourth floor; 50-75g of livestock and poultry meat, 50-100g of fish and shrimp and 25-50g of eggs in the third layer; 300-500g of vegetables and 200-400g of fruits in the second layer; 250-400g of cereal potatoes and miscellaneous beans in the 1 layer (tower foundation), and 200g of water1200g. The Dietary Guidelines for China Residents also suggest that adults should take physical activities equivalent to walking more than 6,000 steps every day.
