1. Onion
Onion is a very common and cheap home-cooked dish. Its meat is tender, its juice is spicy and light, its quality is good, and it is suitable for raw food. Originated in western Asia, it is cultivated all over China and supplied in all seasons. The edible part of onion is the underground hypertrophy bulb (onion head).
In foreign countries, it is known as the "queen of vegetables" and has high nutritional value.
2. Pepper
Pepper is rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, folic acid, magnesium and potassium. Moreover, Indians call pepper "red steak", while Mexicans regard it as a national food.
3. Chinese chives
The main nutritional components of Chinese chives are vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, carotene, carbohydrates and minerals.
Chinese chives are also rich in cellulose, which is higher than green onions and celery.
4. Sour bamboo shoots

5. Daylily
Daylily is cultivated all over the north and south of China, mostly distributed in the south of Qinling Mountains in China, Hunan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Gansu, Shaanxi, Jilin, Guangdong and Inner Mongolia grasslands.
Quxian county in Sichuan is called "the hometown of yellow flowers in China".
