Radish balls
Raw materials: 450g green radish, egg 1 piece, wheat flour 150g, 6g salt, 20g ginger, 3g pepper powder and oil.
Exercise:

Ouwanzi
Ingredients: 2 lotus roots, flour, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, starch, shallots, oil, sweet and spicy sauce.
