1. Pancake fruit
Steps:
1, flour with appropriate amount of salt, water and a thin batter.
2, small shallots cut chopped green onion.
3. Heat the flat-bottomed non-stick pan and brush a thin layer of vegetable oil.
4. Pour in the batter and turn the pan so that the batter is evenly distributed on the bottom layer of the pan. Don't pour too much batter and spread it into a thin cake.

2. Fried stinky tofu
Ingredients: tofu 1 block, 2 tbsps of fermented milk, a handful of coriander, chopped pepper 1 tbsps, chili oil12 tbsps, sesame oil12 tbsps, vegetable oil, cumin powder, white sesame seeds, spiced powder and a piece of fermented milk (smelly).
Practice:
1, prepare ingredients and wash coriander.
2. Chop coriander, and mix Chili oil, chopped Chili, Chili oil and sesame oil evenly.
3, take a small piece of stinky tofu milk and liquid, mash, add the right amount of cold water and mix well.
4. Cut the tofu into pieces and soak it in the stinky tofu solution.
5. Take a frying pan, add a proper amount of vegetable oil to heat it, and add pickled tofu blocks to the pan for frying.
6. Fry until golden on both sides, turn off the fire, put on a plate and sprinkle with cumin powder, cooked white sesame seeds, coriander, spiced powder and dipping sauce.
