Method/steps
To process the eggs, knock the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt. Stir vigorously with chopsticks to mix the egg liquid evenly
Preheat the pan, add oil, and when the oil is hot, pour in the eggs and fry until the eggs are formed, and set aside on a plate
Heat up the oil in another pan. After the oil is hot, add the chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant. Add the rice and stir-fry
