How to Grill Steaks
Step 1
Thaw the steaks overnight from the freezer to the refrigerator and bring them to room temperature a half hour ahead of time to allow them to come to room temperature. Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil and sea salt and squeeze the juice of 1/4 lemon over the steaks, massage with your hands to taste, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare your favorite seasonal vegetables and marinate them in the dressing.

Select the Steak menu, which is a one-touch smart sear mode. Press the start button and the machine goes into preheat.

After the preheating is finished, the machine will beep and the start button light will flash. Arrange the marinated steak, cover the lid and the machine will recognize the thickness of the food to adjust the time automatically.
Step 5
Depending on how well the steak is seared, the machine will have multiple prompts, starting with a 5-minute doneness. Soon the machine prompts for 7-minute doneness.
Step 6
At this point, I measured the internal temperature of the steak with a thermometer, and it was almost 60 degrees.
Step 7
The steak is done. Let the steak rest on a plate for 5 minutes and grind black pepper to taste while it's still hot.
Step 8
Use the remaining heat of the steak maker to sear the vegetables.
Step 9
Serve on a plate.
