How to make Braised Rhubarb Fish
Treat the rhubarb fish well, add scallions, ginger, material wine, marinate for 10 minutes.
You can cut three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish, inserting green onion and ginger for easy flavor ~
Remove the fish and dry both sides.
Turn on the heat and add oil. When the oil is hot, carefully lower the fish into the pan.
Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
Add water to slightly cover the fish.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic and pepper; add soy sauce and a little vinegar.
Simmer for a while.
High heat to reduce the juice.
