1. The ratio of making environment-friendly enzyme is 1:3:1, that is, 1 part of sugar (brown sugar), 3 parts of fruit and vegetable peel and 1 parts of water (tap water). Take a 1 kg barrel as an example, you can put .6 kg of brown sugar, 1.8 kg of fruit and vegetable skin and 6 kg of water. Barrels with other capacities can be multiplied and divided according to this.
2. Steps:
(1) Fill a plastic container with a lid with 6% tap water, pour brown sugar (one tenth of the weight of water) into water, and gently stir to melt.
(2) Put the vegetable leaves or peels and other fresh plant kitchen waste (three times the weight of brown sugar) into the sugar water and gently stir. All raw materials should be immersed in water.
(3) cover the lid and date it. Put it in a cool and ventilated place, and it can be used after three months.
(4) After three months, filter out the stock solution with gauze, strainer and other tools.
