1, first of all, it is necessary to connect the power supply line of the dough making machine to the two input terminals L 1 and L2, that is, connect the live wire (i.e. red or black wire on the power line) of the power line to L 1 and the zero wire (i.e. blue or white wire on the power line) to L2.
