Step by Step
Please prepare the pork meat with the following ingredients p>1. Prepare the pork stuffing, sauerkraut, and cornmeal
2. Mix the cornmeal and white flour in the ratio of 2 to 1, melt a tsp of Angel yeast in warm water, add the melted yeast water to the flour, and then add more warm water to thin the flour, and leave it in a warm place to ferment for half an hour.
3. Stir-fry the pork stuffing with pepper, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce and mix well
4. Add ginger, green onion and sauerkraut to the pork stuffing and mix well
5. Knead the cornmeal with one gram of baking soda and put the sauerkraut stuffing into the cornmeal and fry it for 15 minutes (add one tsp of water to the pan half way through the frying process)
