Ingredients required: 500 grams of beef , half an onion, 5 grams of green onions, 15 ml of cooking wine, 5 grams of salt.
1. Cut the beef into evenly sized pieces, cut the onion into strips, chop some green onion, and mix well with cooking wine, salt, and pepper.
