Method and steps of making ice cream
The making method of ice cream is as follows:

Ingredients: whipped cream, fine sugar, egg yolk, salt, milk and lemon juice.

1. Add salt to the milk and heat it until it bubbles.

2. Add sugar to the egg yolk and stir well, then add the heated milk while it is hot (be sure to stir while adding it).

3. Pour the evenly stirred egg milk into the pot, heat it to bubbling with low heat, and stir while heating.

4. Then pour it into the basin and let it cool.

5. Pass the whipped cream.

6. Send nine points, as shown in the figure.

7. Add whipped cream to the cooled egg milk and stir well.

8. Then pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator for freezing 12 hours or more.
