Prepare materials: 2 tomatoes, half zucchini, 2 green peppers, red onion 1 piece, and one section of green onion. Slice tomatoes, zucchini into thick slices, green pepper into rhombic slices, and red onion and green onion into rings. Prepare a bowl of soup, which is left over from my cooked glutinous rice. Heat the oil in the pan, first add tomatoes, green peppers, red onions and green onions and fry them. Stir-fry tomatoes until they are soft and add zucchini. Stir-fry twice and pour in the stock. After the soup is boiled, add salt and sugar to taste according to the actual situation.
Tip: Stir-frying tomatoes and zucchini is beneficial to mutual absorption. Sugar is added to refresh and neutralize the acidity of tomatoes. Zucchini should not be eaten raw. Don't cook it too badly to avoid nutrient loss.
