01Combine the medium gluten flour, salt, and water, knead a dough, and cover with plastic wrap to wake up.
02During the waking process, knead the dough every half hour to get the air out of the dough, about 4-5 times.
03As the dough is kneaded again and again, it will become stronger. At this point, take the dough out and use your hands to roll the dough to the size of your little finger, then slowly roll it up.
04Don't let the noodle break during the process, until the plate is full, when the plate is done, the Huang's one noodle is also finished.
