Put140g of high-quality chocolate (crushed) and100ml of cream into a bowl and melt slowly with slow fire. Stir frequently until you get a rich cream mixture.
While the chocolate/cream mixture is melting, whip the remaining 200ml of cream until it is thick.
Once the chocolate/cream mixture is completely melted and cooled, it is mixed with whipped cream, and the mixture is whipped until soft with a hand blender.
Spoon into 4 small bowls or glasses and refrigerate until serving.
