6 dried red mushrooms 2 chicken legs and wings 60g potatoes 1 ginger slices 2 chopped green onion soy sauce, soy sauce, star anise and salt.
Stewed chicken leg with red mushroom
1. Wash and soak russula, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Half-cut or double oblique cutter in wing. Cut the chicken leg into pieces.
3. Hot pot cold oil onion ginger stir-fry.
4. Stir-fry chicken pieces, pour in soy sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry red mushrooms and potatoes, add some hot water and add star anise.
