The following treatment can be carried out before cooking with crabs, and there is no need to deliberately kill crabs.
1, use a used toothbrush under running water to brush the crab clean.
2, cut off the pincers with kitchen scissors or just break them off by hand. This way they won't get pinched. Crack the pincers with the back of a knife for faster cooking and easier flavor.
3. Break open the crab shells and remove the gills.
4: Remove the crab navel and brush the stains out of the crevice again.
5. Cut the crab shell and body in half, or in the case of large crabs over 200g each, into 4 pieces.
Note: Crabs are very resilient and their legs may still move after being cut in half, so please be prepared for this; try to wear gloves; crabs can carry bacteria, so be sure to sterilize them in time and keep an eye on the wound if you are injured.
