(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:
1. Persons who have been subjected to various criminal punishments for crimes, persons whose criminal suspects have not been identified or are undergoing disciplinary review, and persons who have been dismissed from public office.
2. In the past five years, those who have been identified as fraudulent in the civil service recruitment examination and the public institution recruitment examination do not have the personnel required by the Teachers' Professional Ethics Code.
3. The national laws and regulations shall not employ personnel in other circumstances of public institutions.

(3) The calculation time of the qualifications or relevant qualifications of the applicant shall be as of the date of registration (July 27, 2020). The academic degree certificate obtained by graduate students from foreign universities must be certified by the Ministry of Education.

Second, recruitment for social examinations

(1) Registration

Jobs for social examination recruitment are registered online, without on-site registration. The specific procedures are as follows:
1. Submit the application and upload my electronic photo.
Applicants can log in to Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau from 9: 00 on July 27th to 28 17 on July 28th, 2020, fill in the registration information and upload photos (electronic version of my recent 2-inch bareheaded photo, jpg format, size less than 20KB).
2. Query the review results
During the registration period, the Bayuquan District Teacher Recruitment Leading Group will conduct a preliminary examination of the information such as academic qualifications and majors submitted by the applicants, and put forward preliminary examination opinions. 3. Payment confirmation
Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must log in to the registration system of Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau again and pay the examination fee through online banking. If the applicant fails to pay the fee within the specified time, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of registration.
After paying online, applicants must log in to the registration system as soon as possible to check whether their payment status is "paid". If other status is displayed, please call the online registration and examination consultation telephone number 0417-6183186 in time (please provide bank name, order number, payment time, name, ID number, etc. After the examination fee is paid, the written examination registration procedure is over.
4. Print the admission ticket online
Applicants who have passed the examination and paid successfully will log in to Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau from 9: 00 on August 7th to 9: 00 on August/KLOC-0, 2020, print the admission ticket and registration form (A4 paper, in duplicate, both in black and white and in color) and keep them properly.
5. Other requirements for registration
The registration shall be carried out in good faith, and the information provided by the applicant shall be true and effective. If the materials are found to be false, the applicant shall be disqualified from the examination or application at any time. Each candidate can only apply for one position.
The ratio of the number of applicants for each position to the number of recruits for this position is not less than 2:1. If the ratio is lower than 2: 1, the recruitment plan for this position will be cut or cancelled. Candidates who apply for cancelled positions can change to other qualified recruitment positions within the specified time. If they fail to change their positions within the specified time, they will be deemed to have given up the application.
(2) written examination

Note: In this teacher recruitment, the Municipal Education Bureau, Zhanqian District, Xishi District, Laobian District and Bayuquan District will organize written examinations in a unified way (that is, the examination room will be arranged in a unified way, with the same written examination time and the same examination content), and candidates can only apply for one position.
2. Written test content: pedagogy (including educational policies and regulations and professional ethics) and educational psychology. The examination time is 90 minutes, one test paper, the full score is 100, and the written test scores are kept at two decimal places.
3. Applicants must hold their ID card and admission ticket when taking the written test, and at the same time, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, they must submit the Health Status Monitoring Form of Candidates, the green code of Epidemic Prevention Health Information Code and the green code of the State Council Client Epidemic Prevention and Control Travel Card before taking the written test. Those with incomplete documents and materials mentioned above are not allowed to take the exam. Those who are late for 15 minutes after the examination are prohibited from entering the test center. Candidates who take the written test are not allowed to hand in their papers in advance and leave the examination room. It is necessary to strictly abide by the examination discipline. If there is any violation, all the results of the current examination will be cancelled in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations, and recorded in the violation files of Yingkou Teacher Recruitment Examination. At the same time, candidates should prepare relevant materials and report relevant information in accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control (see Annex 4 for details).
4. After the written test, the Bayuquan District Teacher Recruitment Leading Group will summarize and analyze the results and determine the minimum qualified score line.
(3) Determine the list of interviewers.
For each position, according to the order of candidates' written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1:2 (the minimum qualified score must be reached). Where there are vacancies due to reasons such as applicants voluntarily giving up, unqualified qualification examination or fraudulent cancellation of interview qualifications, they will be replenished according to the written test scores of candidates applying for this position from high to low. Those who apply for the same position and the last finalist's scores are tied can enter the interview session.
(4) Qualification review
After the written test results are announced, the qualifications of those who enter the interview scope will be reviewed. The Bayuquan District Teacher Recruitment Leading Group will examine and confirm the candidates' registration qualifications in strict accordance with the announcement and post qualifications. It mainly examines the ID card, academic degree certificate provided by the applicant and the certification materials of qualifications and other requirements involved in the recruitment information. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Once a candidate is found not to meet the requirements of applying for the post or to be fraudulent, the candidate's examination and application qualification will be cancelled at any time.
The time of qualification review and related matters will be announced in Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Yingkou Education Bureau. Those who fail to accept the qualification review within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Those who fail to pass the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview, and will be replenished in order from high score to low score from those who have passed the written test in the same position.
When the on-the-job personnel of government agencies and institutions review their qualifications before the interview, they need to provide the original proof materials that the unit and the higher authorities agree to apply for the exam.
(5) Interview
The interview time and place will be notified separately.
1. According to the results of qualification review, determine the list of interviewers for each position. Before the interview, if a job vacancy occurs due to the applicant's voluntary abandonment, unqualified qualification review or fraud, or other reasons, it will be replenished in turn according to the written test results of the candidates who applied for the position. If the interviewer has been announced, if it is too late for the replacement interviewer to announce it, it can no longer be announced. 2. The interview pays attention to the characteristics of professional knowledge, business ability and job responsibilities, reflecting the requirements for the qualifications of the selected personnel. The interview includes two parts: trial lecture and defense. The trial lecture content is extracted from the current teaching materials in Yingkou area. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified score cannot be employed. The specific interview content and scores of each position are clear to the candidates in the interview announcement.
3. Calculation method of total test score: total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%, and the total test score is rounded to the nearest two decimal places. The total test score is published in Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Yingkou Education Bureau.

Where the inspection is unqualified, the candidates voluntarily give up, and the vacant positions appear, they will be replenished according to the total score from high to low.
4. Publicity and employment
The information of the personnel to be hired shall be publicized uniformly in Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Yingkou Education Bureau, and the publicity period shall be 7 working days. After the publicity, handle relevant personnel procedures for those who have no doubt about publicity. Five, a few notes about the teacher qualification certificate
