Method 1:
Use a toothpick to pass through the middle part of the penultimate section and the second section of shrimp, and slowly pick out the shrimp line. Be patient, otherwise it will be more troublesome if the shrimp line is interrupted. If the tail shrimp line is not cleaned, you can directly remove the shrimp tail, and the tail shrimp line will follow.
Method 2: Slit along the shrimp line with a knife, preferably with a small knife. Be careful not to cut your hand. After the back of the shrimp is sliced, dig out the mud in the shrimp line with a spoon, and the residual mud can be washed with water.
Method 3: After the shrimp is cooked, peel it off, then cut it along the back of the shrimp, split it in two, and rinse the part of the shrimp line with water. Although this method is simple, it will affect the taste of the shrimp, and the nutrients of the shrimp will be lost after the water is washed.
