Shrimp and Shiitake Mushroom with Pork
Ingredients
5 dried shiitake mushrooms, 5 fresh shrimp, ? sprig of chopped green onion, 1 pinch of grated ginger, 1/4 bowl of minced pork, 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tsp of ground pepper,
1 tbsp of rice wine, 1/3 of a tsp of saltpeter, 1 tbsp of red spoon of water (can be used to soak shiitake mushrooms in), 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/3 tbsp of egg white. /3 pcs,
Pinch of flour, 5 pcs of soybean seeds
Methods
1. Wash the dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in water until they are shriveled (about 20 mins), and then chop the mushroom stalks after they are finished shriveling, and set aside. Shrimp open back to remove the sausage, with a little salt and rice wine (not in the ingredients) slightly marinated for 15 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the marinade, cut in half, cut the tail part into thin pieces, mix with the minced pork, chopped green onion, grated ginger, egg sauce, salt, rice wine, fish sauce, sugar, chopped mushroom stems, water (can be used to soak mushrooms in water), pepper, sesame oil and mix evenly, stirring until sticky.
2: Preheat an electric skillet with two cups of water. Sprinkle the umbrella part of the soaked mushrooms with a little flour.
3: Fill the mushroom umbrellas with the meat mixture from step 2, and top with shrimp and soybean seeds.
4: Place the mushroom-encrusted meat into a preheated electric pot, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
5: Remove the steamed meat from the pot and arrange on a plate.
6: Pour the steamed soup into the pot and add a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
7, the thickened soup pour back to the meat.
