Preparation method
1. Wash the rice, add 500 grams of water to a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook over low heat to make porridge.
2. Chop the rapeseed and chop the pork into minced meat. Pour the vegetable oil into the wok and heat it up, then put the minced meat into the pan and stir-fry until loose. Add the minced onion, ginger, soy sauce, and salt and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add the minced rapeseed and stir-fry for a few times before taking it out.
3. Put the fried minced rapeseed and meat into the cooked rice porridge and mix thoroughly.
