Main Ingredients
500g mung bean sprouts, 200g leeks
Supplements
8g green onions, 3ml light soy sauce
3ml vinegar, 1g salt
0.5g chicken broth
Practice
1. Wash bean sprouts, drain the water from the skin, and reserve
2. Wash the leeks and drain the water from the skin
3. Heat the oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the leeks for half a minute
4. Then stir-fry the bean sprouts and add a little water while stir-frying
5. Stir-fry the bean sprouts and leeks as much as you can
6. Stir-fry the bean sprouts until they are translucent, then add soya sauce, vinegar, chicken broth, salt and chopped spring onion
