As a man, except in bed, a man can be faster and faster.

Fast means action, the quality of thunder and lightning. 'Fast' may make a significant contribution in today's social environment by building collaborative networks and building a career.

My company released a product at the end of October: the Startup Acceleration Kit.

As the name suggests, it's about helping startups, very quickly, to build out their business and Internet infrastructure.

Time is of the essence for startups, and a partner in a venture gas pedal has to work with the founders of startups.

Combining business models, combing product operation strategies, building the Internet, building internal collaboration software, and doing basic branding operations, the combination is the Pineapple Venture Accelerator Kit.

So how does that reflect acceleration?

Specialization is acceleration. Experienced partners in a VC gas pedal come into a startup and work with the team for a period of time, which means injecting 'professionalism' and 'cognition' into the startup to help it make better money and work more efficiently within the company. Making money and saving costs is acceleration.

Cycles are acceleration. Acceleration also requires some hard metrics, like 21 business days.

21 business days to deliver a package of services. That's not piling people on top of each other, that's time cost down and capital utilization down.

A lot of the work is done by the partners alone, with some specialized consultants, and the rest of the work is left to technology and software. Technology and software have become more cost-effective than humans, although not as good as humans doing it manually.

I believe that the spread of artificial intelligence will increase efficiency even faster.

Artificial Intelligence, equipped on an average person, can also produce great productivity. When that happens, it's easier for individuals to rise to the top.

In the afternoon, at 2:30, meet with students from the University Association to discuss preparatory activities for the fifth installment of Hyperledger, the super ledger.

Roughly exchanged views and opinions, did a preliminary feasibility analysis, chat until 3:30, withdraw.

I then went out to do some errands, and got home around 5:30 p.m.

6:00 Started writing the proposal for the blockchain community's fifth meetup.

7:00 The planner is finished.

7:00 - 7:30 Turn in work with the newly formed team members, and get ****ty with a few other parties.

University Association 95 says, wow, that was quick. The team partner says, we finished talking in the afternoon, and now the planning program and timeline are out.

I said, yeah, who else would be waiting?

Turning my head, I went to work on my company's project.

Sam, the current president of YC, is a tireless worker.

Back in the day, on the Stanford campus, he ran into entrepreneurs who came to pitch.

The entrepreneur talked to Sam about his grand plan and said it would only take six months for the project to go live.

Sam languidly says:

The entrepreneur is stunned.

Rats run fast, and people can't react even if they find them, and they can't catch up even if they react. But a weasel will run faster than a mouse, otherwise, how will it survive?

The entrepreneurs are fast, the partners of the VC gas pedal, should be faster, otherwise how to accelerate the entrepreneurs?

The man is to be fast, but fast is in the cause, in the value of network collaboration, in the need to fast time fast.
