1, first of all, the chicken wings clean, surface cut a knife, pot of water to put 1 piece of ginger, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of yellow wine, a little salt to boil the water, put the chicken wings blanch for 2 minutes, then fish out of the cool water rinse clean, and then use kitchen paper to dry the water and spare.
