The method of making boneless chicken feet is as follows:
Wash the chicken feet clean, cut off or chop off the nails on them with a knife
Place it in a pot under cold water , add green onions, ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, simmer over low heat for ten to fifteen minutes (subject to maturity). After taking it out, immediately put it into cold water to cool down until it feels completely cool. , then put it in the refrigerator for a while (this way it is easier to remove the bones)
Put in 1 tablespoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar (for freshness), 2 tablespoons of very fresh flavor, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, cold water to cover the chicken feet, squeeze some lemon juice in, and put a few slices of lemon on top
Refrigerate overnight, or 3-4 An hour later, load it up~
