Ingredients: whole wheat thick toast 1 slice, yogurt 85g, half an apple, an egg and a little coconut.
Exercise:
1. Peel and slice apples.
2. Add egg yolk to yogurt (egg yolk is broken by filtering egg white) and stir well.
3. Brush the toast with yogurt and egg yolk liquid, and put the apple slices.
4. Put the apple slices and brush the yogurt yolk liquid.
