Ingredients: fresh loofah, sweet pepper, vegetable oil, shredded onion, ginger, shredded garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, water starch, broth, pepper and sesame oil.
Practice: Peel the loofah, wash it, cut it into 4 cm sections and then cut it into strips; Wash sweet pepper, remove pedicels and seeds, and shred. Heat the oil in the pan, add the shredded sweet pepper, stir-fry until half done, and serve. Heat the oil in the pan to 60% heat, stir-fry the loofah, add the sweet pepper, shredded onion, ginger slices, shredded garlic and appropriate amount of stock, stir-fry for a few times, then add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and pepper to taste, then thicken with water starch and pour sesame oil.
Luffa meatball soup
Ingredients: pork stuffing, loofah, salt, onion, ginger, starch, pepper.
Practice: Peel the loofah, wash it and cut it into long strips.
Add salt to the semi-fat pork stuffing, a little starch, pepper and Jiang Shui, and mix well. Keep stirring in one direction with chopsticks until the meat stuffing is obviously out of tendon, and knead into balls.
Put a little water in a small pot, add a little lard to the water, and put loofah.
Put the meatballs after the loofah is cut off. When the meatballs are cooked and float, turn off the heat. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
