How to make spicy noodles?

Choose fresh Daoxiao Noodles sold in the vegetable market, so that the feeling of thin edge and thick center is closer to the handmade noodles at home (if you can mix noodles, it is better to make noodles yourself)!
Put it in a boiling pot, cover it and boil it, then boil it with cold water, and then drain it.
Put the scalded bean sprouts and vegetables next to the noodles in the bowl.
