Steps
1. Fresh raw materials (oysters forgot to take a photo).
2. Cut tofu into small cubes, dice tomatoes. Wash and drain the oysters.
3. Boil the water and add all the ingredients into the pot together and cook on high heat for 4 minutes.
4. Add oil, salt and chopped green onion and mix well.
5. Turn off the heat as soon as it's done cooking, and the delicious soup is finished!
Tips
Fresh oysters do not cook too long, boiling water into the pot to cook up to 5 minutes can be. If you overcook the meat, it will lose its sweetness and smoothness.
