Seasoning: green onions, ginger, garlic, shallots and salt.
1. Put the ribs in cold water, add onion, ginger and cooking wine, blanch them and take them out for later use. Heat the oil and add garlic. Add tomatoes after saute. 2. Tips: If you want to add rice noodles, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, pepper oil, shallots, coriander and soup to the bowl. Add the rice noodles and mix well.
