Leek vermicelli stuffing. Wash leek, cut into small pieces, soften vermicelli with boiling water, remove and drain, cut into small pieces, put it with leek, add salt, soy sauce and chicken essence and mix well.
Stuffing of ball vegetables and mushrooms. Cut the cabbage into Suu, cut the mushrooms into diced pieces after soaking, mix them together, add salt and chicken essence and stir well.
Dried stuffing with pickled cabbage and bean curd. Wash and cut the cabbage into powder, cut the dried tofu into dices, add a little salt and chicken essence and stir well.
Dried bamboo shoots with minced meat. Wash and soak the dried bamboo shoots until soft, dice them, fry them in oil in advance, and remember to add salt. Chop minced pork, mix with diced bamboo shoots, add a little soy sauce and chicken essence and mix well.
Leek and egg stuffing. Wash and chop leek, stir-fry eggs with salt, break them, mix with leek, add chicken essence and mix well.
Cowpea meat stuffing. Wash cowpeas, remove tendons and cut into powder. Chop pork, mix with cowpea powder, add soy sauce, salt and chicken essence and mix well.
