Methods
1, Mango Peel off the skin, remove the kernel, and cut half the portion of pulp into 1cm cubes. Grapefruit peeled, remove the pulp disassembled spare.
2, put the mango pulp without cutting into a blender, add coconut milk, sugar and beat evenly into the mango coconut milk, and then sieve to remove particles of impurities.
3, boil the water in the cooking pot over high heat, add the rinsed sago and cook for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time to avoid the sago sticking to the pot, turn off the heat and then cover with a lid and smother for 5 minutes.
4, filter out the sago with a sieve, put it under running water to rinse, wash away the sticky gelatinous, when the sago is transparent round grain.
5, add the cooked sago, mango grains, grapefruit pulp to the filtered mango coconut milk and mix well, put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes, when served, you can then top decorated with a little grapefruit pulp.
Tips
1, if you do not like the sour taste of grapefruit, you can replace it with pomelo, so that the taste of the Yangzhi Manna is not bad, but the color is not as rich as adding grapefruit.
2, some dessert stores will be added in the production process of Yangzhi Ganlu, so you can increase the sweetness of Yangzhi Ganlu and milk flavor, just be careful with the resulting heat yo.
