Hunan cuisine magazine, sponsored by Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and Hunan Catering Industry Association, was founded in early 2004 and is the most influential and authoritative publication in Hunan cuisine field. The current circulation is more than 30,000 copies. It forms an effective supplement and linkage with China Hunan Cuisine Network to create the best media consortium of Hunan Cuisine.
