Ingredients: 200g potato (small), oil, shallots, cumin powder, salt and pepper, and a little sugar.
Practice:
1. Clean the small potatoes, put them in the pot, add water to the potatoes, boil them, turn to low heat for about ten minutes until cooked, rinse them with cold water, cool down, peel off the skins, and squash the small potatoes one by one with the back of a knife.

2. Braised potatoes
Ingredients: 500 grams of potato, 5 grams of salt, 5 grams of onion, 5 grams of soy sauce and 5 grams of soy sauce.
Practice:
1. Boil potatoes with appropriate amount of water, rinse them in cold water, peel them and put them in a bowl.
