Tianshui specialty 2: Tianshui big cherry
Tianshui cherry is a special fruit in Tianshui, Gansu. Tianshui is located in the southeast of Gansu Province, across the Yellow River and the Yangtze River, with a warm temperate semi-humid and semi-arid climate. Deep soil layer, abundant sunshine, moderate rainfall, no severe cold in winter, no intense heat in summer, distinct seasons, large temperature difference between day and night, and reasonable matching of main natural conditions such as light, heat, water, gas and soil, are the most suitable production areas for deciduous fruit trees. The cherry produced has large fruit, bright color, hard pulp, storage and transportation resistance, high yield and excellent quality, and can be eaten fresh or processed.
Tianshui specialty 3: Gangu Guokui
Gangu Guokui is a traditional famous food in Tianshui, Gansu Province. It has a very long history and is said to have originated in the Three Kingdoms period. There are two kinds of dry food guokui: noodle guokui and oil guokui. The manufacturing method is not complicated. The traditional production method is based on flour. The produced pot helmet is golden and bright in color, crisp and attractive, and delicate in taste.
