External hemorrhoids are vegetations produced by tortuous venous plexus under anal dentate line, and the surface is mostly covered with skin. There is generally no discomfort. It is mainly because the usual living habits, eating habits and defecation habits are not good, which increases the abdominal pressure and forms the tortuous expansion of the inferior hemorrhoidal venous plexus.
If there is thrombosis or local inflammation, there will be pain and discomfort, which can be treated by external application of ointment and warm bath. Symptoms can not be alleviated, and surgical resection in a regular anorectal hospital can be considered.
