Sautéed River Shrimp with Leek
Ingredients
450g river shrimp, 200g leek, 2 slices of ginger, 1 piece of one-ended garlic, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 ? tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp chicken broth seasoning
Methods
1. Rinse river shrimp with clean water and drain well.
2. Clean the leeks, cut them into pieces with a knife, and slice the ginger and garlic.
3, open fire, pour into the pan with the right amount of cooking oil, then into the garlic and ginger slices burst incense.
4, then pour into the river shrimp to stir fry.
5. Stir-fry the prawns until they turn red, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.
6: Stir in the leeks, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp oyster sauce, and season with chicken sauce.
Tips
1, river shrimp must buy fresh, greenish-black, almost transparent shell, should not be picked too large only, shrimp whiskers are easy to tie the mouth, or river shrimp cut off the sharp mouth. With light salt water is easy to clean the shrimp.
2, put leeks should not be fried for too long, leeks are easily cooked.
