Cheese Baked Rice Balls
Ingredients: leftover rice, corn kernels, ham hock, broccoli, meat floss, chopped seaweed, salsa, teriyaki sauce, mozzarella cheese.
Making:
1. Blanch the broccoli, remove the roots and chop.
2. Dice the ham hock.
3. All ingredients and rice mix well, put in the grinder, first spread a layer, put mozzarella cheese, then cover with a layer of rice, compacted in a baking dish.
4. Brush with teriyaki sauce, if you don't have it you can mix it yourself (soy sauce? Oyster sauce? honey).
5. Oven 200 degrees 15 minutes, baked and wrapped in seaweed.
