1. Ingredients: 250G mutton slices, two eggs, 5 shrimps, appropriate amount of vinegar and soy sauce.
2. For the mutton slices, just choose the slices used for mutton shabu-shabu. Slightly change the size of the slices. Don’t make them too big or thick.
3. Wash, peel and chop the shrimps. There is no specified degree. They can be cut into diced shrimp meat or minced into shrimp paste.
4. Crack the eggs into a steaming bowl and beat them up, then put the meat slices and shrimp paste into it and stir together, then add an appropriate amount of water and continue stirring until evenly mixed. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
5. Seasoning preparation: wash and mince the ginger, add vinegar and soy sauce.
6. Add a piece of mutton custard after it has been cooked, and dip it in the seasoning. There will be a light seafood flavor in your mouth, and a bowl of "fake" crab meat custard is ready.
