Exercise:
Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash and drain.
Just pat the garlic with the back of the knife. Slice ginger, garlic and leaves.
Chop the little red pepper and put more.
Burn oil in a hot pot.
Add garlic seeds, ginger, star anise and cinnamon, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in chicken pieces, stir-fry until the color changes, and add a little salt.
Add salt, pour in beer and cover the chicken noodles.
Add red pepper and cook together, then add two drops of vinegar.
Cover the pot and stew.
When the soup is left, add garlic and garlic leaves and stir fry, then add oil, sesame oil, salt and seasoning in turn.
Stir-fry until a small amount of soup remains.
