Hairtail in tomato sauce

Hairtail section 300g
Cooking wine1tablespoon
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Proper amount of onion
Ginger right amount
Garlic right amount
2 tsp vinegar
Tomato sauce 30g
2 tsps of sugar
2 tablespoons starch

Proper amount of oil
1. Clean the hairtail, cut into pieces, add cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Fry in the oil pan until golden on both sides, and set aside.
3. Slice onion, ginger and garlic
4. Heat the wok with oil, add onion, ginger and garlic for fragrance, add vinegar, tomato sauce, sugar, warm water with almost no ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt, stir well and taste it. It doesn't matter if it is not rich enough, and then collect juice.
5. Add hairtail and simmer until the soup is getting thicker.
6. Add water starch to thicken and add a few drops of sesame oil when cooking.
Tip:
Before putting hairtail, adjust the taste of the soup according to your own preferences, but not too salty, because you have to collect the juice later.
